Return and Exchange Policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to exchange the product presented to him by the store within three days following the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to exchange the product after the three days have passed. 2- The condition for exchanging the product is that the product be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or benefited from it, and the store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety, and the consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to exchange the product, and in international exchanges, the consumer bears all shipping costs and the delivery of the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated. The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications he set, except for products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If the product consists of video tapes, discs, or software that has been used. 3- If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other works of authorship. 4- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer's poor handling. 5- If the contract involves providing accommodation, transportation, or catering services. 6- If the contract involves purchasing software downloads online. Return Policy: 1- The consumer does not have the right to cancel the contract and return the product after receiving it. He only has the right to do so before shipping the product.
